NOTE: These are preliminary positions... you may work another position during the tournament based on the games and attempt to get everyone as equal a number of games as possible. Not to be negative but in the last tournament in the US (Canton), we had two officials who only worked 2 of the 4 games. This was due to several factors... overall performance, lack of hustle, missing meetings, not following the mechanics, late to games, etc. Judgment mistakes happen but after two games it was a reflection on the entire staff when these negative things occurred. I'm confident it will not happen in Harbin.
