I JUST RECEIVED THIS FROM SHIGE WATANABE (IFAF)... ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE POSTED FOR THE FIRST THREE GAMES ASAP. I'M STILL WAITING FOR A TIME THE LOC, IFAF AND I WILL DO A FIELD INSPECTION ON TUESDAY. AS SOON AS THAT TIME IS SET, WE'LL POST TIMES FOR OUR OFFICIALS' STAFF MEETINGS. YOU ARE WELCOME TO DO THE STADIUM WALK-THRU WITH US. I'LL CHECK TO SEE IF THE ENTIRE OFFICIATING STAFF IS ABLE TO ATTEND THE TECHNICAL MEETING... THIS WILL DEPEND ON SPACE AVAILABILITY.
June 29, Wednesday
2pm, Opening Ceremony
3pm(or 4pm), Kick off game USA vs Austria
6pm(or 7pm), 2ND game Australia vs China
June 30, Thursday
3pm, Canada vs Mexico
Technical meeting at 8pm on June 28, Tuesday
The agenda will be as below.
1) Opening ceremony from LOC
2) Regular game day operation (pregame, postgame) from TC/LOC
3) Game rule from the officials
4) Medical procedure from the tournament doctor
5) Questions from teams

No formal meeting on Friday... take the day off. I have a IFAF technical meeting @ 9am and after that meeting will post the crews for the next 3 games (Saturday/Sunday). Plan on meeting Saturday morning at 9am. I'll have the game videos available tomorrow afternoon if anyone wants to make a copy and do a review with other officials.
Look for the crew assignments after 11am on Friday. Thanks and get some well deserved rest.
