Communicating to non-English speakers when officiating

I spent some of the journey over her catching up on the June issue of Referee magazine. This little tidbit caught my eye. The main body of the article isn't relevant, but in this bit is about a Elite level soccer official and she was asked a question on how she communicates to non English speaking teams.
