Additional Information about our stay at the hotel; - laundry facility walking distance from the hotel Good point, that'll be particular important for out Uniforms. At the last similar tournament I went to the hosts had arranged/paid for us to use the Hotel's laundry service, we were able to get 3 pieces of clothing cleaned free-of-charge each day. - WiFi available at the hotel Note: some websites such as Google and Facebook might be blocked China's policy of Internet censorship. However some sites may be occasionally or even regularly available, depending on the access location or current events. The Great Firewall of China may be a challenge for me (and I suspect a few other). I can survive without Facebook, and there are other search engines available, but I currently use Google for Email, Calendar, Address Book, Presentations, Spreadsheets and a whole host of other services! I've already signed up for an alternate email address and before I fly out I'll set up auto-forwarding to/from my gmail address. |
