Attached is a copy of the 2015 NCAA rules exam... it should be very similar if not exact as to the IFAF rules we'll use in Harbin. It's a 100 question test... don't worry you don't need to do 100 questions. Use the following for the questions you are responsible for and post your answers on this thread. Simply put the question number and the letter for your answer. Then we'll start the debate by everyone on your answers. If your question involves a replay answer ONLY, mark it "REPLAY" and then the best answer that you feel fits.

The purpose of this is two-fold... First, we might make a judgment error during the tournament but we can't be wrong on a rules interpretation. Second, we're about six weeks out from the tournament... it's time to start gearing it up. We'll also be putting up some video clips, individual plays for your review and comments. I can't say your participation is required but it will be that first step in showing your dedication to a successful tournament. You only have 4-5 questions each... let's put a May 27th deadline on this for posting your answers. Thanks for your commitment.

Kim... my apologies for missing you on the test questions. I'll make it up to you in the future. Appreciate your input on the other officials' answers.

Gents how good of you to react on my answer on 78: believe it or not I deliberately put it in there..... thickheaded Dutchman as I am I truly believe it should be A BY PHILOSOPHY. Even though in the IFAF rulebook it states:
A player satisfies this rule when one foot is on or beyond the line five yards behind the restraining line.
By philosophy I believe there's nothing to gain for neither player or us as officials to flag this formation. With their feet @ A29 and hands @ A31 half their body's are within the requested zone. That's half a body more when players line up with just one foot on the A30. I'd even dare to say we would look 'ridiculous' if we'd flag this. Try and explain thát one to coaches on the sideline. We might be right by rule but what a start of disbelieve and trust would signal this on a opening Kick Off for instance. I'd ask / request / talk to players and coaches to convince them to alter their stance. To help me look good instead of being forced to throw a flag......
which I still wouldn't hahahaha
